This is a super cute souvenir ICOCA card with special Hello Kitty "West Osaka Castle Sakura" design. It's available to purchase only to non-Japanese tourists at JR Kansai-airport in Osaka.
ICOCA card is a transportation IC card issued by Japan Railways. It's a great souvenir but also you can use it for transport and even shopping at participating stores in Japan. It's got less than 100 JPY credit. It's valid for 10 years if unused. It was purchased in October 2024 and used a few times to spend the balance. It was handled with care and kept in protective plastic sleeve all the time, so it's LIKE NEW and without scratches.
